Abandoned, Vacant, and Foreclosure Properties
Responsible for identifying, monitoring and mitigating issues related to properties that are in foreclosure or properties that are vacant and abandoned by the owner. Create and maintain a registry of all residential properties within the Municipality to regulate maintenance, security and upkeep.

Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the township government, including budgeting, personnel management, and interdepartmental coordination

Assessor
Determines property assessments for vacant land, residential and commercial properties and provides information and assistance to taxpayers regarding property tax matters that affect veterans, people receiving disability and seniors.
